How are glass bottles made
First of all, the mold must be designed, determined and manufactured. Quartz sand is the main raw material of glass, and other auxiliary materials are added to melt into liquid at high temperature. Then, the glass bottle is formed by injection into a mold, cooling, cutting, and tempering. Glass bottles usually have hard markings and are also made of mold shapes. Glass bottles can be divided into three types according to their manufacturing methods: manual blowing, mechanical blowing and extrusion molding.
